Request Account Deletion
At PhysioSync, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please review our policy below as the first step.
⚠️ Important Deletion Policy
Before an account can be permanently deleted, the following conditions must be met:
- Outstanding Balances: If your account has any pending payments or debts, these must be settled in full before deletion can be processed.
- Active Subscriptions: If you have an active paid subscription, your account will be scheduled for deletion at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until that date.
How to Request Deletion
To proceed with your deletion request, please send an email to our support team manually.

- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (Optional)

Note: Once processed, this action is irreversible. All health data, patient records, and history will be permanently removed from our servers.
